ENROLL NOW

Most people spend their entire life never truly understanding their own sexuality.

Not because they didn't try.

Because nobody ever gave them the foundations. The language. The framework. The safe space to ask the questions they've been carrying, sometimes for decades.

For four years, we've sat with thousands of people in Circle across six continents. And what we've seen — again and again — is that the most transformative work isn't advanced. It's foundational. It starts at the roots.

That's what we built this course to be.

The gap nobody warned you about.

Most of us learned about sex from silence, shame, pornography, or a five-minute biology lesson. None of that gave us what we actually needed.

Do you recognise yourself here?

  • You disconnect during intimacy rather than feeling truly present

  • Shame shows up — before, during, or after sex

  • You perform rather than feel. You give rather than receive.

  • You don't know what you actually want — only what you think you should

  • You've never spoken openly about sex without feeling awkward

  • Your sexuality feels separate from who you really are

  • Something happened, and you've never fully processed it

  • You want more — more connection, more freedom, more you

Roots isn't about technique. It's about knowing yourself.

The Course:

Roots is Come What May's first ever online course — built around the foundations of conscious sexuality. It's the distillation of four years of Circles, hundreds of events, and thousands of conversations.

We go back to the beginning. We look at where your relationship with sexuality came from, what it's been shaped by, and what it might become when you're finally the one in the driver's seat.

This is not a quick fix. This is foundational work. The kind that changes not just your intimate life — but how you move through the world.

What Roots covers:

  • Understanding your own sex story and how your sexuality was shaped

  • Identifying and dismantling sexual shame

  • Anatomy and the body

  • Embodied consent and connection

  • Conscious expression — living your sexuality on your own terms

  • Integration — carrying this into your relationships and life

By the end of Roots, you won't just know more. You'll be more.

What Changes?

I. You'll feel at home in your body

Not performing. Not managing. Actually inhabiting your own skin with presence and ease.

II. Shame loses its grip

You'll understand where it came from — and that understanding begins to dissolve it.

III. You'll know what you want

Not what you've been told to want. Not what porn taught you. What you — genuinely — desire.

IV. Sex becomes connected

Not transactional. Not mechanical. A genuine expression of who you are.

V. You'll be able to talk about it

Openly. Honestly. With your partner, your friends, yourself — without shame or anxiety.

VI. It ripples outward

Your relationships deepen. Your self-worth rises. Because sexual wellness is life wellness.

Words from our Community:

“Saying words I never thought I'd share about my sexual abuse as a child liberated parts of myself I didn't know I'd been hiding. The words spoken out loud gave me the freedom to own my truth more fully.” - CWM member

“This month changed the relationship I have with my body and my pleasure. I felt heard and seen — by strangers. Paying attention to what my body wants led to a deeper, more grounded relationship with myself.” - NOvember participant

“Joining was a power move to land more into my pleasure. It's been so playful, juicy and fun. A yummy container to connect to yourself, discover your own sexual power and own your sensuality.” - MMMM participant

“High calibre, clear, and unbelievably concentrated. Come What May's mission of societal reform via open, healthy discussion around sexuality has at every level exceeded any expectations.” - Circle Training Participant

Pricing:

One of our leadings values at Come What may is inclusivity. We believe that you can’t be truly inclusive if you do not offer services that are affordable and easily accessible. Therefore, we have priced this course at an extremely reasonable rate.

The way our pricing system works is that you can choose between three different options depending on your financial situation.

Option 1: Basic - €99

Option 2: Moderate - €149

Option 3: Abundant - €199

Please note that whichever Option you choose, you will receive the same program as everyone else.

Also, we recognise that our pricing is based on Western notions of abundance. We have many people in our community from other parts of the World where Option 1 may be still out of reach. Therefore, we also offer Scholarship positions for those of you with exceptional financial circumstances. If you feel this relates to you, please email info@comewhatmay.life and we can discuss your options.

So there you have it. Begin at the Roots.

Four years in the making. Starting April 6.
The foundations of conscious sexuality — finally, as a course.

Questions

  • No. Roots is specifically designed to start at the foundations. You can have zero experience with this kind of work — that's exactly who this course is built for.

  • Roots is educational and reflective. We explore sexuality through an emotional, psychological and somatic lens — not a pornographic one. This is inner work, not performance. That said, topics and discussion will be of a sexual nature. We will also educate on genital anatomy and therefore will have imagery and illustrations relating to this material.

  • Absolutely. Come What May is radically inclusive. Everyone is welcome — and the more diverse the expressions of sexuality in the room, the richer the experience for all.

  • You are welcome here. It is not uncommon for people to have experienced some sort of trauma in regards to their sexuality. Our facilitators are trained to hold deeper conversations with care and sensitivity. However, this course is not a specific trauma informed container, and each Facilitator will have differing levels of training and expertise. If you have any questions or concerns please contact the team directly. We always recommend that those working through trauma have additional individual support alongside any course work.

  • Yes. Confidentiality is a core agreement in all Come What May spaces. What's shared in the room stays in the room.

  • We'd love to hear from you. Reach out at info@comewhatmay.life and a member of our team will get back to you personally.
